Unused lower-level wall space became a bright, functional kitchen with painted shaker cabinetry, quartz countertop and full-height backsplash, practical storage and integrated appliances.

The goal was a complete kitchen zone without making the basement feel crowded. The design focused on usable storage, a light finish and practical appliance integration.
Light cabinetry keeps the lower-level space visually open. Carrying quartz vertically creates a cleaner, more continuous finish.
Corner access and pull-out waste improve daily use without requiring a larger footprint.

The finished project gives guests or family real preparation space, storage, a sink and dishwasher instead of a temporary bar setup. Cabinetry and quartz were coordinated as one connected scope.
